The warranty we offer on all of our Cameron Sino products is pretty simple to use, we make returns easy and will quickly test and replace any product found to have an issue within the 12 or 6 months warranty period. Special Remarks:-
Regarding "Error 23"
When the APP is connected to Roomba i7, "error 23" should not appear when the battery is removed.
When the APP is closed or disconnected from Roomba i7, "error 23" will appear when removing the battery and then installing the (CS or original) battery.
To avoid the problem of the APP, customers are advised to ensure the APP is well connected to the machine.
If "error 23" appears after installing the battery, please close the APP; then remove the battery from the machine; after that, press the start button of the machine for 10 seconds. And then, reinstall the battery and put it on the charger. Wait for the machine to start automatically. Finally, open the mobile APP to connect the machine.
If you can confirm that all the details listed below match to your original battery before ordering this will avoid any costly wrong order returns. Please be aware that some models have more than one battery type available and the only way you can confirm the correct battery is to remove the original.Do not be scared! if the capacity of our battery is not the same as your original. The Mah is a figure which shows the capacity of the battery to store charge and will not affect the original equipment or charging. More Mah means longer runtime, less Mah means slightly less runtime.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item Batterybuyer will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
