SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the actual weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service that you specify (Courier or Canada Post). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only once for shipping and handling, for the entire order. Please note that if the order value is below $50 your order will only ship once all the items are in stock unless we have prior arrangements. If you order from an international destination all import charges and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please make sure that you have addressed your package correctly. If a package is deemed undeliverable by Canadapost or UPS we are charged for the outgoing and also the return part of the journey. If your address is incorrect and it is deemed as a mistake made by you the customer these charges will be deducted from your purchase and the remainder will be refunded to your original payment method. You will have to place another order for us to reship your product as additional shipping costs will apply.

What shipping method does Batterybuyer.com use?
Batterybuyer.com uses UPS Worldship and Canadapost. Canadapost is especially used for more remote regions. They both provide fast and reliable service. Our systems do not allow collect shipping on your account.
Where does Batterybuyer.com ship from?
Batterybuyer.com ships 90% of our products from our state-of-the-art warehouse center in Oakville, Ontario In addition, we have a network of suppliers Canada-wide that can drop ship special items to you directly.
When will I get my package?
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, that credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout Canada.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
Regarding Truck Delivery
Large or very heavy orders of batteries are delivered by truck. via truck. Truck delivery is "Threshold Delivery" only. In most cases, threshold delivery means the item will be delivered just inside the first-floor front door of your home or office. If there are steps leading to your front door the item will be placed in your garage or delivered to your dock. When delivering to an apartment building delivery will be to the central lobby only. Delivery personnel will not unpack or set up the item for you and will not place it in a specific room. Normal delivery hours for Large Item Shipping are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. The delivery company will contact you at the number you provide to arrange a delivery time. Truck delivery transit time is generally between 3-9 business days and varies depending on delivery location and conditions.
Do I have to sign for my package?
No! Only shipments over the value of $200 require a signature For security reasons at the receiving location.
