The warranty period is usually stated here on the product page, Most Power Sonic products have a 1 year warranty, Some products do have 6 months. Details of what is included as part of our warranty can be seen in our information pages. Different chemistries of batteries have different cycle lives, Li-Ion usually lasts for around 400 to 500 cycles, Lithium Polymer is the same. Nimh batteries will usually last for around 500 cycles. A cycle is a full discharge and recharge of the battery. ISO 9001 certification means that strict manufacturing standards are adhered to. Safety in the battery world is a primary concern for many and as we use only high quality components this makes sure that strict standards are met. The batteries we supply should perform as well as your original if maintained correctly. The Devices or Products that are described in the information below should be replaced perfectly by our battery from Power Sonic. Special Remarks:-All of the details that we provide with regards to fitment is supplied by the manufacturers and although we do try to keep this updated we do recommend as a final check its worth comparing your original battery with the one shown. With over twenty thousand different batteries its difficult to keep our records as up to date. We do try but new fitments come on stream every week due to the launch of new products.If the capacity of the battery that we show is different to that of your original this does not mean that ours will not fit, it just means that our replacement battery will store slightly less or slightly more charge than the original.

Return & Refund Policy of www.batterybuyer.ca
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item Batterybuyer will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Batterybuyer will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
We warranty all of our products for 1 year unless otherwise stated in the description. Once use products are not eligible for return if the package is opened as we cannot verify if they have been used ornot.
