Is it OK to use a higher capacity battery with the original charger?

Yes, the Mah / Capacity of the battery will have no extra drain on the original charger. It will however take a little longer to charge.

Is the Lithium-ion 18650 battery good for -35 Celsius weather in use in solar security cameras?

Lithium-Ion is not the best chemistry in cold conditions. The chemistry/battery will freeze and be damaged at around Minus 10 Degrees C.

No the battery that you will need to look at is our model CS-LVX700NB. We do advise that to be 100% sure of fitment though you confirm that your original battery model number is shown on the product page.

NO there are two different voltages for this battery. This battery will not fit the 11.1V version of the battery. We do not carry the 11.1V version of the battery

yes, it will. however, we do advise that the cs-hvs121vx which is a higher capacity battery be used. See related products to see this battery.
